SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025
State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official employment notification for the recruitment of 6589 Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) vacancy in clerical cadre in various branches of SBI across the country. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.
Candidates can apply for vacancies in one State/UT only. Candidates can appear for the test only once under this recruitment project. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT.
✿ Post Name - (পদৰ নাম) = Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales)
✿ Total Number of Posts - (মুঠ পদ) = 6124+ posts
✿ No of posts in Assam - 176 posts
✿ Exam centres in Assam: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Jorhat, Silchar, Tezpur
✿ Salary (Scale of Pay) - (দৰমহা) = Rs.24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480.
✿ Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) = Candidates age should not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2025, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below
▶ SC/ST: 5 years
▶ OBC: 3 years
▶ PwD (Unreserved): 10 years
▶ PwD (OBC): 13 years
▶ PwD (SC/ST): 15 years
✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2025.
Final Year Candidates: Those who are in the final year/ semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2025.
Local Language Proficiency: The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.
