In continuation to this Commission’s advertisement No, SLRC-G-IV /ASSAM /Advertisement for Analogous Posts-IV/2023-24/01/14 dated 27.10.2023 and subsequent notices, it is hereby informed that all the candidates, who have been declared qualified in the written examination of SLRC for Class-IV Posts, will have to appear for the Interview along-with document submission on the date, time and venue as mentioned in their respective Interview Admit Cards.
Candidates will be able to download their Interview Admit Card, Self- Declaration, and format of Undertaking from the Official website of ASSEB (Erstwhile SEBA) i.e, www.sebaonline.org from 11:00 hours of 09.06.2025 onwards. Candidates are requested to carefully go through the instructions therein for appearing in the Interview.
The Interview along with document submission is scheduled to commence from 17.06.2025, in two sessions– Morning (9 AM onwards) and Afternoon (1 PM onwards). The candidates will have to bring the following documents in original and one set of self-attested photocopies (SI. 1 to 8) without fail.
List of documents
1 Admit Card of Interview (To be downloaded from ASSEB (Erstwhile SEBA) website)
2 Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Card
3 Age proof-Admit card of HSLC exam/Birth certificate
4 Mark sheets and Pass certificates of
(i) Read up-to Class VIII
(ii) HSLC, HSSLC
(iii) ITI passed certificate in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitter/ welder/ electronics mechanic/machinist. (Whichever is applicable)
5 Additional Qualification, if any.
6 SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Caste/Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities/PwBD Certificate, if applicable.
7 Ex-Servicemen certificate (Discharge Book Number and Date with place of issue)
8 Photo identity proof (PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID Card/Driving License, AADHAAR Card).
Additionally, two Copies of Undertaking and Self-Declaration, Formats of which may be downloaded from website of ASSEB, (Erstwhile SEBA) i.e. www.sebaonline.org and two copies of self-attested passport size photographs are to be submitted at the time of Interview and document submission without fail.
