In partial modification of advertisement vide No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/2745, Dated: 22/11/2024, advertisement vide No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/20331, Dated: 01/02/2023 and No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/2295, Dated: 17/08/2024, online applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined under Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up of vacancies of different Grade-III (Technical) posts in different Medical College and Hospitals as well as Dental College, Nursing College, Paramedical Institutes etc. of the State under the establishment of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam.
The Online application form shall be available from 09/12/2024 to 18/12/2024 till 11:59 PM. at the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam i.e. www.dme.assam.gov.in. Candidates who had already applied for various GradeIII (Technical) posts vide advertisement No.DME/Recruitment/23/2023/20331, Dated: 01/02/2023 and No. DME/Recruitment/23/2023/2295, Dated: 17/08/2024 need not apply again.
The online application form will be a combined form for applying to vacant Grade III (Technical) posts under the establishments of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam, Directorate of Health Services, Assam and Directorate of Health Services (FW), Assam.
For the post of Staff Nurse & Staff Nurse (Critical Care) : Intending candidates need to apply for the posts of Staff Nurse and/or Staff Nurse (Critical Care) by filling the online application form. The candidature against such submission will be considered for vacancies of Staff Nurse and/or Staff Nurse (Critical Care) for both Directorate of Medical Education, Assam and Directorate of Health Services, Assam and on selection will be appointed against vacant posts of any one Directorate only.

1. Grade-III (Technical)
No of Posts: 1,708 Posts
Educational Qualification: The required qualification is different according to the post type so all of you are advised to check the official notification.
2. Grade-III (No-Technical)
No of Posts: 320 Posts
Educational Qualification: The required qualification is different according to the post type so all of you are advised to check the official notification.
3. Grade-IV
No of Posts: 657 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 8th from a recognized institute.
Maximum Qualification: Maximum eligibility qualification shall be HSSLC (Class 12th) or equivalent examination passed and those who have an educational qualification higher than this maximum eligibility educational qualification on the date of application shall not be eligible to apply for these posts.
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.52,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/-
Age Limit:
Unreserved = 18 Years to 40 Years
OBC/MOBC = 18 Years to 43 Years
SC/ ST = 18 Years to 45 Years
PwD = 18 Years to 50 Years
