Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian citizens
Age Limit: To be eligible, a person must be at least 21 years old and not more than 42 years old on January 1, 2025. They must also have been born between January 2, 1983, and January 1, 2004. Odia Language Requirement: The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak Odia and must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject OR passed High School Certificate or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subjects OR passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class-VII from a recognized school OR passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the Government of Odisha.
Marital Status Condition: A candidate who has more than one living spouse or, in the case of a female candidate, is married to someone who has one live spouse is ineligible unless excused by the State Government.
Government Employees: Eligible are temporary or permanent government employees who meet the age requirements, have the right skills, and get a "No Objection Certificate" from the right authority.
