Pay Scale :
The initial engagement of GDS is made in the following basic TRCA Slabs:
BPM = ₹12,000 – ₹29,380
ABPM/Dak Sevak = ₹10,000 – ₹24,470
✒ Application Fees (আবেদন মাচুল) =
Applicants must pay a fee of Rs 100/- for all positions advertised in the selected division.
All-female candidates, SC/ST candidates, PWD candidates, and Transwoman candidates are exempted from paying application fees.

✿ Educational Qualification - (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা) = Candidates must have passed Secondary School Examination (10th Class) with passing marks in Mathematics and English conducted by any recognized Board of School Education by the Government of India/State Governments/ Union Territories in India.
Local Language Proficiency: The applicant should have studied the local language at least up to 10th Standard from a recognized board.
Other Criteria: Other requisite criteria are:
- Knowledge of computer
- Knowledge of cycling
- Adequate means of livelihood
✿ Age Limit - (বয়সৰ সময়সীমা) =
The candidates must fall in the age group of 18 to 40 years, the age relaxation will be granted as per the govermnent norms.
Category wise Age Relaxation -
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) = 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) = 3 years
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) = No relaxation
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) = 10 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) + OBC = 13 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) + SC/ST = 15 years
